CANCELLATION POLICY
We understand that unexpected situations may arise. However, a minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required for all cancellations or rescheduling requests. Appointments canceled or rescheduled within 24 hours of the scheduled time will require a 50% deposit of the service total in order to rebook. No-shows will be charged 100% of the scheduled service. LATE POLICY Please arrive on time for your appointment. Clients arriving more than 10 minutes late may need to be rescheduled. In this case, a late fee or cancellation fee may apply.
